I have been practising as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Naturopathic Practitioner for the past 12 years, having clinics both on the NSW Nth Coast and and now in the Blue Mountains.
REMEDIAL AND RELAXATION MASSAGE
An effective aid to relaxation, massage helps smoothe away stress, unknott tense and aching muscles, great for relieving headaches and eliminate sleep problems. Massage therapy will stimulate and relax the mind and body. The skin, blood and lymphatic system will be stimulated which boosts circulation, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic wastes. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen and nerves soothed, an all over feeling of relaxation and well-being comes about. It's a very relaxting way to spend an hour or so.
I am a fully qualified and experienced swedish and remedial massage therapist, registared with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (14146) and most private health insurance companies. I still have as much passion for massaging as I did when I first started 12 years ago.
My clinic is at 104 Wentworth Street, Blackheath and is easily located only 100 metres from the township.
